Auburn star center Johni Broome is officially questionable for Saturday’s game against Tennessee, according to Friday’s Southeastern Conference availability report. It comes after Bruce Pearl told reporters Thursday that there was “a possibility” Broome would try and practice.

Auburn center Johni Broome on Friday night was listed as questionable on the SEC injury report for Saturday night’s game against No. 6 Tennessee. The Vols had two news names on the report, with Igor Milicic listed as probable and Jordan Gainey listed as questionable.

Johni Broome has missed 2 games with an ankle injury but is hoping to return soon for Auburn with a weekend matchup vs. Tennessee.

"Obviously, we don't want to rush him back so like I would say at this point he's questionable for Tennessee," said Pearl. "But, he'll be back, he'll absolutely back in the next week or two I imagine.
