A day after going through the media wringer at ACC kickoff, the new North Carolina coach got a taste of what goes into college-football coaching at the annual Pigskin Preview luncheon.

“It’s a pro program,” Belichick said. “Practice, training, food, schemes, terminology, it’s all a pro program. Not to the extent that we did it in the NFL — there will be fewer plays, fewer adjustments — but it will be along those lines.”
It's fair to wonder how long it's been since the University of North Carolina was the talk of the ACC football world.
Swinney and Belichick will face off in a highly anticipated ACC game on Saturday Oct. 4, when Clemson plays at UNC in Chapel Hill. The matchup could be a candidate for ESPN’s “College GameDay” program, depending on both teams’ record.
