Blake Lively's lawyers have hit back at Justin Baldoni's legal team, who suggested the actress should hold off on celebrations following a judge's motion to dismiss his $400 million lawsuit against her.

Despite Blake Lively dropping claims against Justin Baldoni of inflicting emotional distress, a judge clarified that the actress can still introduce evidence of emotional damages via other claims.

While Justin Baldoni’s suit against Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds has been dismissed, she isn’t done fighting her claims against her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star - and Baldoni isn’t done fighting back.
