ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Filip Gustavsson made 27 saves for the Minnesota Wild, who ended the Colorado Avalanche’s six-game winning streak with a 2-1 shootout win at Xcel Energy Center on Tuesday. Mats Zuccarello and Matt Boldy scored in the shootout, and Gustavsson stopped two attempts to seal the victory.

Things had to progress all the way to a shootout, but the Colorado Avalanche fell to their division rivals from Minnesota 2-1.
