Tennessee authorities arrested Giovonte Thomas, Tanaka Brown and Dearrah Sanders as the manhunt for Austin Drummond, who allegedly killed four people, continues.

Giovonte Thomas and Tanaka Brown were arrested Friday and charged with accessory after the fact of first-degree murder.

Two others are also accused of helping Austin Drummond; the TBI arrested Tanaka Brown, 29, and Giovonte Thomas, 29, both of Jackson.
