HOUSTON — A man was found shot to death at a west Houston motel Tuesday. Police say another man later turned himself in. The man's body was found at the motel along the Katy Freeway just east of Highway 6. According to a post by the Houston Police Department, the suspect took off on foot, but later turned himself in to Sugar Land police.
