Although some believed that the famous golfer would end his career without completing a career Grand Slam, something quite the opposite happened. The 35-year-old golfer joined the company of great golfers and golf icons who left a lasting mark.

Rory McIlroy put the finishing touches on his first Masters victory, completing the career grand slam and joining Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only six golfers to ever win all four major titles.
