Leroy Sane on Wednesday scored a goal in each half as Bayern Munich thumped TSG 1899 Hoffenheim 5-0 at home to restore their four-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga.

Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich scored three times in 19 minutes in the first half to crush Hoffenheim 5-0 on Wednesday and restore their four-point advantage at the top of the standings.

Bayern Munich put on a ruthless display against TSG Hoffenheim as they put five goals past them and comfortably secured three points. The game was a mismatch right from the start as the home side scored twice in the first twelve minutes. Harry Kane, continued his penalty-scoring streak as added the third for Bayern before going into half-time.
