Consumers are urged to stop using the now-recalled Ozark Trail bottles — and contact Walmart for a full refund.

The bottle's lid can "forcefully eject" when being opened. Two people reportedly suffered permanent vision loss after being hit by the lid.

The CPSC and Walmart have issued a voluntary recall notice for consumers to get a full refund and stop using or return the Ozark Trail water bottle immediately.
