A suspect is in custody after a woman was stabbed at Union Station Saturday afternoon, police say.Officers were called to the scene at 1:18 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from a stab wound.

A woman was stabbed inside of Union Station on Saturday afternoon, police said. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that officers responded to Union Station around 1:20 p.m. for a reported stabbing.

A suspect has been arrested after a woman was stabbed in Union Station on Saturday, according to D.C. police. Police said when officers arrived at Union Station at 1:18 p.m. on Saturday, they found a woman inside suffering from a stab wound.

The woman was found inside the station suffering from a stab wound around 1:18 p.m., MPD officials reveal. She was then taken to a nearby hospital.

Amtrak police described the stabbing as a domestic incident. The victim was stabbed about 1:15 p.m. and was taken to a hospital.
