On July 16, 2025, a viral video claimed to show FIFA President Gianni Infantino criticizing U.S. President Donald Trump for taking the Club World Cup trophy for himself. In the summer of 2025, the United States hosted the FIFA Club World Cup, with Trump attending the final match in New Jersey on July 13.

While the other types of packages allow options for the type of hospitality, the “Follow Your Team” option only offers tickets in the FIFA Pavillion. The starting price for this option is $6,750 per person. At the moment, not all nations are available to select but the FIFA website does note that “additional inventory” will be available later.
