A family whose home was mistakenly raided by the FBI eight years ago in the middle of the night will be permitted to continue their damages lawsuit after the Supreme Court on Thursday sent their case back to a federal appeals court for additional review.

Lower courts had dismissed the case brought by Hilliard Toi Cliatt and Curtrina Martin, whose home in Atlanta was wrongly raided by the FBI.

Two unidentified campers were found dead Sunday afternoon at a remote, backcountry campground within Isle Royale National Park, the National Park Service said on Tuesday.
