The Cowboys are a Thanksgiving regular. It will be the Chiefs’ first turkey day game since 2006 and is sure to draw a huge television audience. Last season’s New York Giants at Cowboys game on Thanksgiving drew 38.8 million viewers on Fox, the most watched regular-season game of 2024.

The other two Christmas games have not yet been announced, but the Chiefs and Broncos are a big AFC West matchup, and it's likely that the other Christmas games will be NFC games

The 2025 NFL schedule drops on Wednesday evening, with the league announcing its full 272-game slate for the upcoming season. And the calendar is chock-full of anticipated matchups, including the Dallas Cowboys playing host to the Kansas City Chiefs in a Thanksgiving special on CBS and Paramount+.

The Chiefs will play at the New York Giants in Week 3 on Sunday Night Football, according to Fox Sports NFL reporter Jordan Schultz. It will be the Giants’ home opener and the Chiefs’ first game at the Giants since 2017.

The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos on Christmas night - which is becoming a regular NFL thing.

In an announcement two days prior to the NFL’s schedule release, Amazon Prime Video shared that the Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos on Christmas night. The game -- which will be played during Week 17 of the NFL season -- will kick off at 7:15 p.m. CT at Arrowhead Stadium.
