Shohei Ohtani goes four innings and allows one run and strikes out eight, but Dodgers can't hold early lead and lose 5-3 to the St. Louis Cardinals.

With the count being 1-1, Ohtani timed Cardinals pitcher Kyle Leahy 's 92 miles-per-hour sinker before winding his bat up to launch the ball 440 feet to center field into the stands to help gain Los Angeles' first lead of the game, 2-1.

Ohtani pitched four strong innings against the St. Louis Cardinals. And he hit a two-run home run in the third that gave the Los Angeles Dodgers a 2-1 lead. He did it during a home game in which the Dodgers gave away replicas of his World Series ring.
