Converting firm Nitto is shuttering three plants—resulting in the loss of 298 jobs total—in Alabama, Ohio and Virginia, and will add 220 jobs with the opening of a new facility in Kentucky.

Defrost edamame in microwave and allow to cool completely. Toss edamame and cranberries together with olive oil, balsamic and pepper until combined. Roll up basil leaves and cut into thin ribbons. Gently stir in the feta cheese and basil ribbons. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
