Aaron Glenn is joining Ben Johnson on the move to a head coaching position. Glenn agreed to take over the New York Jets on Wednesday, according to a person with knowledge of the decision. With Glenn going to New York, Johnson heading to Chicago and Mike Vrabel already in New England, four head coaching vacancies remain.
Nagy was hired by the Chicago Bears in 2018 after serving as the Chiefs offensive coordinator under Andy Reid. Interestingly, the Jets tried to hire Nagy to be their offensive coordinator in 2017 under then head coach Todd Bowles, but Reid blocked the team’s request and kept him in Kansas City.
