JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ill. – A 15-year-old from Tennesee with family in southern Illinois has reportedly been missing since December. According to Missing People in America, Kayden Westerfield is from East Ridge, Tennessee, near the border of George and was last seen at a foster home in the early hours of December 31.
