Jamestown Village Commons LP, care of Atlanta-based Jamestown, sold the 172,493-square-foot retail center at 831 Village Blvd. to KRG Village Commons, care of Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group. Property data firm Vizzda confirmed the buyer and seller information. The price equated to $397 per square foot.
