Deion Sanders stayed out of the public space and away from the Colorado football program for much of the offseason amid health concerns, and while he has not indicated what exactly the issue is, he provided an update in a video his son,

Colorado athletic director Rick George told The Athletic at Big 12 media days that he expected Sanders to return to campus “in a week or two, probably.” George said the two had been in constant contact since Sanders left campus to deal with his health and recover at his ranch in Canton, Texas, in late April.

Colorado coach Deion Sanders is still "going through" his latest undisclosed health problem and is not yet back with his program. Sanders, entering Year 3 of his tenure at Colorado, has been at his Texas estate since at least June as he deals with his health.
