As Tropical Storm Dexter moves away from the U.S. coast, here's a look at two potential systems brewing in the ocean.

There’s a new tropical storm in the Atlantic Ocean, and two other disturbances that have a shot to get names as well. The National Hurricane Center named Tropical Storm Dexter late Sunday while it was several hundred miles off the coast of North Carolina. Dexter is headed away from the United States, however.

A low pressure system developed into Tropical Storm Dexter over the western Atlantic late on Aug. 3, forecasters said.
