At least CM Punk found it in himself to crack a joke after Seth Rollins ruined his weekend. Seth Rollins pulled off the “ruse of the century” on Saturday night, as he returned from a knee “injury” to cash in his Money In The Bank contract after Punk beat Gunther for the world title.

CM Punk's first WWE world title reign in 12 years lasted only five minutes. Punk overcame a fantastic, grueling match with Gunther at WWE SummerSlam on Saturday only for Seth Rollins to spoil the evening.

On Night One of SummerSlam PLE, GUNTHER collided with CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Title. Following a 30-minute bout, ‘The Second City Saint’ defeated his opponent for the championship. However, Punk held the world title barely for 5 minutes, as Seth Rollins cashed in his MITB briefcase on him to become the new champion.
