A long-time Grey’s Anatomy star is just as anxious as us for Ellen Pompeo to return to Grey’s as a series regular. Since its premiere in 2005, Ellen Pompeo has been the center of the hit medical drama.

“People don’t stream the last 10 years more than they stream the first 10 years. Most people stream the first 10 years the most, and there’s no residual structures for any of those writers, actors, directors,” the longtime Grey’s star told Variety in a new profile. “That, to me, is really shitty and really unfair.”
