The wife of a Lebanon County doctor filed a protection from abuse order against him days before he was killed in a plane crash at Airport, according to court records.

The plane took off around 8 a.m. Sunday from Lancaster Airport, and within 15 minutes, the coroner's office was alerted to the report of a plane crash.
