Let the good times roll! South Louisiana is gearing up for the 2025 Mardi Gras season and there are several parades and parties that will roll through the streets of Baton Rouge and surrounding areas in celebration.

The Krewe of St. Andrews is known for its Mardi Gras festival. But they are involved in a lot of charity work around Bay County. They have a scholarship for adults wanting to go back to school. They contribute to Bay Radiology and women’s imaging. Also the King and queen and select a charity or cause for their benevolence each year.

Here’s when Mardi Gras is and a roundup of places in Florida that are having Mardi Gras celebrations. Many are this weekend, on Saturday, Feb. 22.

BOYCE, La. (KALB) - The Cotile Events Association hosted its annual Mardi Gras parade at the lake’s campground on February 22. The parade kicked off just after one p.m. with tons of beads and candy thrown to kids and families in attendance. Although it did drizzle a bit, that didn’t stop the fun.
