More than 60 miles away in Enderlin, North Dakota, a pair of tornadoes tore through the small town of fewer than 900 people, killing three residents.

Earlier Wednesday, a tornado warning in New Castle County, Delaware, expired at around 9:15 p.m. A severe thunderstorm watch was in effect across much of the Philadelphia region for Wednesday evening.
The warning was in place for Ocean County. "The rotation in the storm which prompted the warning has moved offshore. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.
