Sep 2, 2021 · Hello, I've got a Surface Pro 5th Gen that was working fine untill last Tuesday, 24th. Then overnight it became extremelly slow and I noticed that the CPU got stuck at 0.38 Ghz. Althou the battery is at 22%, when I unplug the charger the laptop power down immediatelly. Using ThrottleStop tool, I see that "DB PROCHOT" is ative in CPU and GPU.
